Staff Retreat
We're now planning our 2027 staff retreat! Former staff members or staff-in-training in good standing who have participated in camp at least once in the last 3 seasons (2024-present) are eligible to attend.
This program centers personal development, and is a space for facilitated growth and community connections. Activities and opportunities target skills of communication, teamwork, leadership, peer support, and more. It is distinct from the camp staff training program.
A participant of this program will…
-
Connect with fellow trans community members through facilitated discussion and open social opportunities.
-
Reflect on personal goals and strengths and identify how these strengths can be used in service of self and community.
-
Grow in their ability to work as a member of a team with strong communication and collaborative problem solving skills.
